Biddenden Vineyards is a working family-run vineyard in the Kent countryside, growing a range of grape varieties and producing English wine, cider and juice on the estate. Families can wander the vines on a self-guided route during the summer months, join a guided walk through the vineyard, or take in a behind-the-scenes winery tour in the quieter seasons. The site also hosts a seasonal Easter bunny trail around the vineyard with prizes for children, and dogs on a lead are welcome on the vineyard walks. The on-site vineyard shop stocks the estate's own drinks alongside local produce and a sharing board of cheese and charcuterie, so it suits a relaxed outing with older children as well as adults. Much of the programme is built around wine tasting, so younger children will mainly enjoy the open spaces and the trail rather than the tastings.
