A volunteer-run charity museum on the northern edge of Norwich International Airport, dedicated to the aviation history of Norfolk. Most of the collection sits outdoors in an aircraft park, with nearly thirty aircraft and cockpit sections that children can walk around and look into up close, and there is a lot to spot for anyone with a fascination for planes. Indoors, smaller displays cover wartime bomber and fighter stations, American air force units and commercial airliners that once flew from Norwich. Some larger aircraft, such as a Vulcan bomber, a Nimrod and an airliner, can be entered on guided tours led by volunteers for an extra small charge, subject to availability. A tea room and gift shop are on site, and there is an outdoor picnic area with views of aircraft taking off and landing at the airport. The museum suits families with older children and aviation enthusiasts, and it is quite a walk-around visit for younger ones.
