THE CUBE at Canary Wharf is an immersive, real-life version of a well-known TV game show. Players form teams and move through a series of timed challenges inside transparent glass cubes spread over three floors, testing balance, memory, speed, judgement and nerve. Spectators are welcome to watch for free and the bars and burger and pizza kitchen mean the venue works well for an evening out or a lively group celebration. The venue sets a minimum playing age of nine, and under-16s must be supervised by an adult, so it suits older children, teenagers and families who enjoy a competitive, active game together rather than younger children. Sessions run for around 90 minutes to two hours, and booking in advance is strongly recommended, particularly at weekends and during school holidays.
