Haynes Motor Museum

Haynes Motor Museum is a large car and motorcycle museum set in the countryside near Yeovil. Its collection spans from early veteran cars through to modern supercars, displayed across themed galleries including a room of red sports cars, a motorsport hall and an American collection. Families with younger children tend to head for the interactive displays, the seasonal trails that run in school holidays and half terms, and the outdoor Haynes Motorland play area with its miniature road system. Children can also ride the coin-operated junior go-karts and take a turn on remote control cars. The museum has a café with a children's menu and highchairs, and a shop. Expect to spend three to four hours to see the indoor exhibitions and the outdoor displays. Karting on the adjacent test circuit is run separately from museum entry.
