An interactive museum exploring chocolate history across 4000 years, from its ancient origins to York's role as a chocolate-making centre. The experience centres on guided tours with samples and demonstrations led by a tour guide, who explain how three families made York famous for chocolate. You can also try hands-on activities: truffle rolling, chocolate-making masterclasses available for both families and adults only, and tasting tours pairing chocolate with gin or rum.
