All four stations have car parking. Loughborough Central has free on-street parking; Quorn & Woodhouse, Rothley and Leicester North have free car parks. All car parks are unattended.

The UK's only double-track main-line heritage railway, running steam and heritage diesel locomotives on 8 miles of track. Rides run between four stations—Loughborough Central, Quorn & Woodhouse, Rothley and Leicester North—each decorated in different periods of railway history. A visit includes heritage train rides, exploring characterful stations and free activity packs for children. The railway offers first-class dining services on themed trains, driver experiences where you can control a steam, diesel or heritage railcar, and behind-the-scenes guided tours. Special events include seasonal galas, a Santa Express at Christmas, and summer promotions.
Summer of Discovery (late Jul-Aug) and Santa Express (late Nov-Dec) are seasonal special events; some concessions may not apply on event days.
