The National Space Centre is home to the UK's largest planetarium and galleries exploring space. Visitors can experience the brand-new Outer Solar System Experience with interactive adventures through deep space, alongside exhibitions including the Other Worlds collection. The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium shows films on a fulldome screen. Summer activities include dinosaur encounters and hands-on science sessions, with holiday clubs and an online Space Club for children aged 7–11. The venue is an educational charity with a café and shop on-site.
Throughout summer (25 Jun - 1 Sep 2026), VAT temporarily cut to reduce cost of days out.
