Only facilities we’ve confirmed are listed — anything missing here we simply haven’t checked, rather than know to be absent.

A small village museum set in an eighteenth-century oak-framed barn and a seventeenth-century cart shed on a rural site near the centre of Woodchurch. The collection runs from Stone Age finds to the present day and includes farm wagons, tiny coins and everyday objects, all linked to the parish. Volunteers staff the galleries and temporary exhibitions change through the season, so a visit suits families who like to look closely at old things and ask questions. Children can follow the story of the village in an easy, uncrowded space, and the museum takes part in wider schemes for young visitors. There is a lawn beside the buildings where families can sit and eat a packed lunch, and the collection and toilets are reported to be fully accessible for wheelchair users. The visit usually takes an hour or two.
