Greenlands Farm Village is a family day out built around an open farm on a site at Tewitfield, near Carnforth. Visitors can pet and hand-feed a wide mix of animals, from goats, sheep and llamas to rabbits and guinea pigs, and some animals roam freely around the grounds. Handling rooms let children meet smaller animals more closely. Under-12s can climb, slide and explore a padded three-storey indoor play barn with a large slide, and there is a separate toddler section. Older children and teenagers can book laser tag at weekends and in school holidays. The site also has a cafe, a farm shop and a garden centre, plus picnic space by the paddocks and birthday party rooms. It suits families with younger children looking for a varied, mostly outdoor day with a rest-stop indoors.
