A small community museum that tells the story of Radlett and the surrounding villages, including Aldenham and Letchmore Heath. Its displays draw on a growing archive of documents, photographs, artworks and memorabilia, and on oral history recordings from local residents. Themes change through the year, with past exhibitions covering Radlett at war, transport, religious establishments and local schools. Families with older children studying local history, or anyone curious about how the village used to look, will find photographs and local stories to browse. The museum welcomes school visits and local groups, and staff ask for notice of any specific needs so they can prepare. Visits are short and relaxed, suited to a half-hour browse rather than a full day out.
