Gorcombe Extreme Sports sits on a working farm near Blandford Forum and runs a wide range of outdoor activities across its grounds. Visitors can try quad trekking over a set of marked courses, paintballing across several zones, clay pigeon shooting with instructors, archery, and rage karting on an off-road course. There is also a challenge course, an outdoor crazy foot golf course that children can play, and a simulated game day. Indoor facilities include a pool and jacuzzi, and an on-site cafe and function room serves food and drinks. Many activities carry minimum ages, so the centre suits older children, teenagers and adults best, while younger children may enjoy the golf, archery and multi-activity days. It is popular with groups, birthday celebrations and team building, and is open through the year. Check the venue directly for the current age limits and session times before visiting.

- The page lists both full day and half day options available, so you can choose how long to stay depending on which activities you want to do.
- Is it manageable with younger children, or are the activities only for older kids?
- We haven't confirmed which ages suit each activity at Gorcombe. It's worth contacting them directly to ask which of their 10+ activities are suitable for the ages of your children.
