Willsbridge Mill is a restored mill site in a wooded valley at Willsbridge, on the edge of Bristol, run by a community interest company with volunteers. Its mission centres on nature, heritage and learning outdoors, and the grounds include a wildlife garden, a fairy garden, woodland paths and a stream with ponds. Children are encouraged to get involved with nature around the water, and photographs on the site show families pond-dipping and exploring the woodland. The mill cafe serves hot and cold food, cakes and ice creams, and the site hosts community events through the year. It suits a relaxed half-day outing with younger children, a woodland walk, or a visit combined with a meal at the cafe.
