No on-site parking at The Longshed/Whisstocks Place. Trust directions use Woodbridge Station area car park, then walk across the footbridge to the riverside.

Woodbridge Riverside is the free, open-access public riverside along the River Deben in Woodbridge, Suffolk. A flat, easy family stroll runs from the Quayside promenade past the iconic Tide Mill (whose water wheel still turns) to Whisstocks Place and The Longshed on Tidemill Way. Families can watch the boats on the river, spot wildlife on the mudflats, and find a bench to picnic by the water, while events and markets are held at Whisstocks Place through the year. The Longshed community space is free to visit and showcases maritime heritage projects such as the Sae Wylfing Anglo-Saxon ship build. Elmhurst Park, with its children's play area, is a short walk away. Free to visit, with open access at all times.
