Somerleyton's village play area sits beside the recreation ground on Station Road, in the heart of this quiet Suffolk village near Lowestoft. The enclosed children's play area has swings, a seesaw and a slide, and the adjacent seven-acre playing field is a great space for running around, ball games and picnics - casual use by local residents is welcome. A second, smaller play area with swings and a seesaw stands on The Green in the village centre. The playing field also has a multi-purpose sports court used for tennis, basketball, netball and five-a-side football. Free, open-air fun in a friendly village setting.
