Three Greys Riding School is a family-run riding school established in 1963, set on the South Downs at Pyecombe near Brighton. The school specialises in teaching beginners, with children's 1-hour group lessons held mostly at weekends, half-hour 'Doddle' pony rides for ages 3-4 (parents must accompany), Pony Care Days for ages 8+ during school holidays, and children's birthday party lessons (ages 5+, April to October). Escorted hacks on the South Downs are available for more experienced riders. Facilities include a floodlit riding arena, lunge arena and customer car park, and riding hats and boots can be borrowed.
