The National Emergency Services Museum occupies England's first purpose-built combined Police, Fire and Ambulance Station, a Victorian building where emergency service personnel once lived and worked. Across three floors are ten exhibitions with around 30 iconic vehicles, interactive displays and hands-on activities: explore Victorian Police Cells, sit inside historic vehicles, try on uniforms, see a 45 foot RNLI lifeboat, and discover life as a firefighter during the Sheffield Blitz. The museum runs a year-round programme of themed events and school holiday activities. There is a café on site.
