Car park is free for National Trust members with a valid membership card; parking charges apply for non-members. Separate mobility parking 30 metres from Visit Reception. Sat Nav: HR6 0BL. Parking is 100 yards from visitor reception.

Croft Castle is a National Trust castle and parkland near Leominster, Herefordshire - 1,000 years of history in an intimate family home, surrounded by 1,500 acres of gardens, ancient woodland and parkland with far-reaching views.
Kids can conquer the mini-castle play area opposite the tea-room, or head to the natural play area in the parkland with rope swings, balance beams and den building. There are waymarked walks through ancient trees, the Carpenter's tea-room for lunch and light bites, and a second-hand bookshop in the stables. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the garden and parkland (not inside the castle).

Hours are seasonal (National Trust): typically 09:00-17:00 in summer, shorter in winter. Summer of Play and Medieval Fair run during summer 2026 with medieval games, creative play and family fun. Check the website for current opening times before you go.
