Hereford Museum & Art Gallery on Broad Street, Hereford is currently temporarily closed for a major redevelopment (closed to the public since July 2023). The transformation, led by Herefordshire Council, will create a modern, free-to-enter museum space celebrating Herefordshire's heritage. No reopening date has been announced yet - check the council's 'Transforming Hereford Museum and Art Gallery' page for updates. Meanwhile, The Old House, Hereford (also run by the council) remains open to visit.
