Camperdown Wildlife Centre is set within Camperdown Country Park and houses European brown bears, ring-tailed lemurs, meerkats, hyacinth macaws and other animals and birds from around the world. You can explore at your own pace with free parking and a picnic area. The centre offers pre-bookable animal encounters and behind-the-scenes experiences where you can meet animals up close and learn from keepers. Several animals in their care are threatened or endangered in the wild, and your visit supports their conservation work.
Opening hours vary by season: Mar-Sep 10:00-16:30, Oct-Feb 10:00-15:30. Last admission 45 minutes before closing.
