Both car parks operate a 'pay on exit' system with automatic number plate recognition. It is a short walk to the cabin from both of these car parks, and the walk to Go Ape is signposted. We recommend arriving early during peak times.
Only facilities we’ve confirmed are listed — anything missing here we simply haven’t checked, rather than know to be absent.
High ropes courses in Grizedale Forest, set in the Lake District. The Zip Trekking Adventure — exclusive to this location — features three kilometres of tandem ziplines crossing the valley. The Treetop Challenge offers the original high ropes with fast zips and demanding obstacles. Treetop Adventure Plus is a mid-level option for building confidence. The site has a play area, picnic area, walking and cycling routes, and Café Ambio serving food and drink. Dogs are welcome on leads but cannot join courses. An observatory and planetarium are also on site.
Opening times may vary seasonally, check Forestry England's website for more information.
