Delamere Forest offers trails through woodland with accessible routes and a play area called Eddi's Hillfort. There's a lake for spotting wildlife, orienteering challenges, and Old Pale with views towards Liverpool. Cyclists can use two forest road routes. Go Ape provides high-wire activities. The forest has a café serving hot and cold food, cycle hire, horse-riding, all-terrain mobility scooters for hire, a Room on the Broom interactive family trail, and a parkrun on Saturday mornings. Forest Holidays cabins are available to stay in. The forest can be reached by Delamere train station.
