Tatton Park is a historic estate set within 1,000 acres of parkland in Cheshire, featuring a grand mansion, 50 acres of gardens, a working farm, and an older hall set beside a medieval village site. The farm is open seasonally where visitors can meet farmyard animals and learn about food production. The estate hosts over 100 events annually, from exhibitions and workshops to seasonal family experiences. The parkland itself is the main draw: extensive grounds for walking and exploring, with picnic areas near the Old Hall.
Four attractions, four timetables. HIGH SEASON 28 Mar-25 Oct: parkland daily 10am-7pm (last entry 6pm); gardens daily 10am-6pm (last entry 5pm); farm Tue-Sun 11am-4pm, closed Mondays; mansion Wed-Sun 12.30-4.30pm. LOW SEASON 26 Oct-19 Mar: parkland Tue-Sun 10am-5pm; gardens Tue-Sun 10am-4pm; farm weekends only 11am-4pm; mansion CLOSED for winter conservation. Tickets are per attraction or a combined Totally Tatton pass, and the parkland vehicle charge applies on top.
