Bowland Country Park (formerly Bowland Wild Boar Park) is a family-run countryside park in the Forest of Bowland near Clitheroe, offering animal encounters, hand feeding, outdoor adventure and café dining.
Meet wild boar, cows, goats, meerkats, deer, llamas and more, enjoy hand feeding with feed bought from the on-site shop, explore woodland walks and rivers, and let the kids loose in the outdoor play areas with go-karts and climbing frames. Trough & Brew Café serves breakfasts, lunches and sweet treats, with the farm shop and outdoor seating nearby.
Entry is charged per vehicle (£6.50, includes parking). Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leads. Opening days vary between term time (Sat & Sun) and school holidays (Thu-Sun) - check the website before travelling.
