Billy Shiel's Boat Trips runs guided boat trips from Seahouses harbour to the Farne Islands. A 1.5-hour Grey Seal Cruise with Seabirds runs year-round; a 2-hour Puffin Seabird Cruise with Seals operates April to July; longer trips visit Holy Island, Inner Farne and Staple Island (April to September). A Sunset Cruise runs May to mid-September. The boats include open-top decks and covered saloon areas. All trips depart from Seahouses and operate daily subject to weather.
Boat trips are weather-dependent. Peak season April-October. Puffin cruises run April-July.
