Open daily 10am-5pm. 24 Dec: 10am-2pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day. Open on bank holidays. Castle Keep reopened 7 Aug 2025 after redevelopment; dungeons closed for renovation (no date).
