Trapped Escape Rooms runs three themed puzzle rooms in Okehampton, each with a one-hour time limit for teams of between two and eight people. The scenarios are built around a 1942 codebreaking mission, a tailor's shop front hiding an espionage plot, and a hunt through an estate for hidden deeds. Players work through clues, codes and hidden mechanisms together, so it suits families with older children, teenagers and groups of friends who enjoy teamwork and problem-solving. The rooms are fully immersive, and the venue says players have fun whether or not they escape in time. Dogs are welcome when well behaved, according to the operator's website.
