The venue's accessibility page says several blue badge parking bays are close to the museum; general parking details were not on the pages read.

Only facilities we’ve confirmed are listed — anything missing here we simply haven’t checked, rather than know to be absent.

Tudor House & Garden is a late-15th-century timber-framed house in Southampton's Old Town, run by Southampton City Council as the city's first museum. Families can wander through rooms that show how people lived across several centuries, look at interactive displays, and join the activities the museum runs for children of different ages. The Tudor knot garden behind the house holds a set of willow sculptures inspired by its history, and the adjoining Norman King John's Palace can be reached from the garden. A café overlooks the garden and can be used without paying for the museum. Seasonal events such as ghost tours, Christmas programmes and children's art clubs appear on the museum's site, and birthday parties can be held here. Parts of the building are reached by steep steps, so it is worth checking access before visiting with a pushchair or wheelchair.

Seasonal events including ghost tours, Christmas activities and half-term programmes are advertised on the venue's site.
