Jurassic Island Adventure Golf

Jurassic Island is an 18-hole adventure golf course at Stokesley Golf Range, set on the outskirts of the town near the Cleveland Hills and the North Yorkshire Moors. The layout is built around a prehistoric theme, with thirteen dinosaurs dotted around the holes, a volcano to putt through, a raft feature, a jeep and a fossil you loop around. It is aimed at a mixed family group, and the venue describes it as suitable for all ages. Club hire and a scorecard are included in the price, so children can join in without bringing their own kit. Booking online is strongly advised at weekends, in school holidays and on bank holidays. During the darker months the course also runs an evening glow-in-the-dark round. The wider site has a driving range, a nine-hole course and footgolf, which gives older children and parents something else to try on the same visit.
