A community-run indoor swimming pool serving Settle, Giggleswick and the surrounding villages, in a building with views out over the Dales fells. The 20 metre pool shelves gently from shallow water to deeper lanes, which suits children learning to swim as well as confident swimmers. Families can book public swim sessions, lessons for babies, toddlers and older children, and a splashing session for young children with an accompanying adult. A large inflatable course runs during school holidays and on certain Saturdays in term time, which older children enjoy. The site also has a fitness suite, a fitSpace softplay area, and a café overlooking the pool. Private hire for children's parties is offered. It is a practical, friendly place for a wet-weather morning or an afternoon swim when visiting the Yorkshire Dales.
