Stithians Lake is the largest inland water in West Cornwall, managed by South West Lakes Trust. The Activity Centre at Menherion offers kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, sailing, windsurfing and wing/eFoiling, with equipment hire, self-launch and instructor-led sessions and RYA-style courses. There is a lakeside cafe (Farm to Fork), a children's play area overlooking the lake, walking and cycling trails, fishing, and a family-friendly campsite. Holiday activity programmes run through the school breaks.
Activity Centre closed Wednesdays outside school-holiday periods and fully closed mid-December to mid-January. 2026 season runs 19 January - 12 December.
