Water Adventure Play Park

A seafront splash park and play area run by Weston-super-Mare Town Council, built with younger children in mind. The main draw is the splash pad, where sensor-triggered fountains and sprays come up without warning, so small children can dodge the jets or get soaked in them. Next to the water there is a play area with a castle-style wooden structure and a zip wire, a separate toddler zone with a crawl tunnel and a xylophone, a sandpit, a climbing pyramid and a snake swing. The site is open-air, so it suits warm, dry days; the water features run mainly through the spring and summer months. Toilets and changing rooms are on site, there is a kiosk for snacks and ice cream, and picnicking is allowed. Parents who want to get their own feet wet can join in on the splash pad. Groups and school visits are welcome and should book ahead in busy holiday periods.
