Mendip Activity Centre offers over 30 outdoor adventures in the Mendip Hills near Cheddar. Activities include rock climbing, caving, skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding, archery, air rifle, axe throwing, frisbee golf, orienteering, kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding. The centre runs Twilight Tobogganing events, one-day courses, Kids Adventure Camps, and Mendip Mini Fests across the summer. School groups and youth organisations can book residentials and activity days, with instructors leading personal growth through outdoor learning. Accommodation options include Mendip Basecamp campsite, YHA Cheddar, and Mendip Lodge.
