Turnberry Adventures is an activity centre set within the grounds of the Turnberry resort on the Ayrshire coast. Its Adventure Hub offers a mix of outdoor and sheltered activities, from clay pigeon shooting on a shooting ground with all-weather shelters to archery on a five-lane longbow facility. Older children can try air rifle shooting in a lodge building, and there is a purpose-built off-road course for quad biking and a newer Youth Polaris experience for children aged 10 to 15 that takes them over muddy trails and obstacles with instructors. Electric bike hire is also available for exploring the surrounding estate. The centre welcomes day visitors as well as hotel guests, so it suits families looking for a active day out, school-age children who want to try something new, and groups celebrating a birthday or occasion.
