Martello Park is a large public open space in the Grange Farm area of Felixstowe, owned and managed by East Suffolk Council. The council names it as one of its flagship play schemes (alongside Royal Green) within its network of around 280 play spaces across the district, and it contains several equipped children's play areas set in open grass, linked by pedestrian walkways. Play areas are inspected regularly by the council's parks team. The park is free to enter and open access, making it a straightforward, low-cost outdoor day out for families with young children. Dogs are welcome but should be kept on a lead near the play equipment.
