The Coventry Music Museum (CMM) is an independent, volunteer-run museum in the 2-Tone Village area of Ball Hill, Coventry, telling the story of the city's remarkable musical heritage. Permanent rooms cover the 60s sound booth, Delia Derbyshire's tape recorder, the 2-Tone sound made in Coventry, the Rude Boy's Bedroom and the actual Vauxhall Cresta from The Specials' Ghost Town video. Children under 15 go free and must be accompanied by an adult. There is no need to book - just turn up.
