Robert Smail's Printing Works in Innerleithen is a living Victorian printing works owned by the National Trust for Scotland. Kids are fascinated by the whirring presses and clanking type cases, and family-friendly tours let children try their hand at printing and discover how books and newspapers were made over 100 years ago. A unique, hands-on indoor attraction for curious young minds.
