Only facilities we’ve confirmed are listed — anything missing here we simply haven’t checked, rather than know to be absent.

An 18th-century Georgian country house on the England-Scotland border with guided tours of rooms featuring Robert Adam decoration and a superlative collection of Chippendale furnishings. The extensive grounds offer riverside walks and gardens to explore. A boat trip to the Union Chain Bridge is available. The Stables Tearoom serves afternoon tea and refreshments, with a dog-friendly room. The house tour includes a spiral staircase and steps; there is a lift at one point but access should be checked before booking.

1st May – 1st November, 2026 for admissions
