Aldingbourne Country Centre is a family day out near Chichester run by the Aldingbourne Trust, a charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism. The open farm is home to chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, donkeys, ponies, alpacas, pigs, goats, guinea pigs and peacocks — daily animal experiences include guinea pig snuggling and alpaca feeding (tickets from the Gift Shop on the day).
Indoor soft play has two rooms: one for 0-2 year olds and one for 3-7 year olds. Outdoors you'll find woodland walks with nature trails and a natural woodland playground, a giant privet maze (claimed the biggest in Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey), mini crazy golf, ride-on tractors in the sensory garden, water and creative play, an outdoor play area with castle slide and giant chair, plus the indoor slide down into the gift shop. The Quarry Café serves home-cooked food (hot food until 2:30pm) with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
Open 7 days a week, 10am-4pm. Carers go free; children under 2 go free. Annual memberships and all-year-round children's birthday party packages available. No dogs on site except registered assistance dogs.
Summer savings (25 Jun-1 Sep): Child Day Pass £8 / Individual £9 / Group of 4 £34 (non-Gift Aid). Standard prices outside summer: Individual £11 / Group of 4 £40 (non-Gift Aid).
