The Triangle Leisure Centre, run by Places Leisure in partnership with Mid Sussex District Council, is Burgess Hill's family leisure centre. Kids can enjoy the leisure pool with indoor rapids and flumes, bookable soft play sessions for under-9s, Active Play and Bounce, and an indoor climbing wall, while the centre also has a sports hall, squash and padel courts, outdoor pitches, studios and a gym. Sessions must be booked in advance online; the centre is cashless and offers free parking on site.
