Primrose Valley is one of Haven's largest holiday parks, set on a flat site with direct access to a sandy beach. The indoor Adventure Pool features a multi-lane water slide, with a separate heated outdoor pool (open seasonally). Beyond the pools, there's an Aerial Adventure course, bungee trampolines, an Inflatable Arena, pedalos and kayaking on the lake, archery, footgolf, and a Mini Aerial Adventure for younger children. The park runs Activitots and Activikids sports sessions, Ranger activities including bushcraft and pond dipping, and creative sessions. Food options include a Slim Chickens restaurant, a J D Wetherspoon pub (The Five Stones), the Lakehouse restaurant with a dog-friendly area, and takeaways from Papa Johns and Cook's Fish & Chips. A FunWorks arcade and two entertainment venues offer shows. The park is flat and its facilities are wheelchair-friendly, though beach access is via a steep slope unsuitable for wheelchair users. A hoist is available at the pool with a weight restriction of 127kg.
The outdoor pool is open during May Half Term and then on weekends until 6 July. From 6 July until August Bank Holiday, open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends, (weather permitting). Inflatable Arena (Typically open March-October, weather dependent).
