Flamingo Land combines a theme park with an award-winning zoo over multiple themed areas. The zoo holds over 140 species of mammals, reptiles and birds. The theme park includes eight themed areas with rides ranging from kids' attractions to thrill rides featuring five types of inversion including a 25m loop, Cobra Roll, Corkscrew and five heart-line rolls. Animal experiences lasting 20 to 30 minutes are available, with options including penguins, lemurs, meerkats and giraffes (minimum age eight years). The resort also offers holiday accommodation, camping and touring pitches, restaurants including The Metropolis Bar & Grill and The Coach House, and daytime shows with meet-and-greets featuring park mascots and CBeebies characters.
Seasonal opening - check website. Theme Park and Zoo open from 10:00 am. Theme Park closes at 5:00 pm, Zoo closes at 6:00 pm.
