Plymouth Life Centre is a large multi-sport facility with an Olympic-size pool, toddler pool with waterslides, and a world-class diving pool featuring springboards, platform diving, and a dry diving facility. The climbing centre is one of the largest in the South West, with walls from 6 to 16 metres and a bouldering room. A 12-court sports hall hosts badminton, table tennis, five-a-side football, basketball, netball, volleyball, and trampolining. The gym has 150 stations and 3 group exercise studios. There's also an indoor bowls rink, squash courts, HY-NRG HIIT studio, and a crèche for younger children. Swimming lessons run from age three months upwards.
