Museums in Scholar Green
Rode Hall and Gardens is the one place for museums in Scholar Green that we've checked. If none of these suit, there's more museums in 10 nearby towns further down the page.

Questions parents ask
- Can I manage the gardens with a buggy, or is it difficult terrain?
- The paths are steep and on bark surface, which makes them challenging for standard buggies. However, buggies with larger wheels and some mobility scooters have been able to cope with the terrain; contact the venue if you're unsure whether yours will manage.
- Is there a café or can we bring a picnic?
- There is a café (the Courtyard Kitchen) on site serving homemade cakes, cream teas, and hot and cold drinks. We haven't confirmed whether there is a designated picnic area.
- Are dogs welcome?
- Yes, well behaved dogs on short leads are most welcome.
- Can we just turn up, or do we need to book?
- Pre-booked tickets are available online, but you can also buy tickets upon entry in the courtyard kitchen. RHS and Historic House Members do not need to book but should show their card.
