Go Ape Rivington offers high ropes adventure with 13-metre-high platforms, tree-to-tree crossings and a zipline over a reservoir. The Treetop Challenge is the main course, described as "fast zips, tough obstacles". The site is set in woodland near Horwich, with walking routes, a picnic area, and Great House Barn Café nearby serving hot food and drinks. Dogs on leads are welcome on-site (though not on the course). Free parking is available.
