Rock Up is an indoor climbing centre with progressive climbing walls from beginner to technical routes, suitable from age 4. Beyond the walls themselves, there are multi-storey soft play areas for younger children, and vertical challenges including the Stairway To Heaven, Leap Of Faith, Vertical Dropslide, Treadmill Wall and Traverse Challenge. Automatic belay devices secure climbers as they ascend and descend. Sessions last around 90 minutes with a safety briefing and 55 minutes of climbing time; soft play is stay-and-play during weekday term time, or typically 2 hours at weekends and holidays. The venue has a café and hosts birthday parties.
