Go Ape Forest of Dean Beechenhurst has two high ropes courses set between the River Severn and the River Wye in the Forest of Dean. Treetop Adventure is entry-level and filled with obstacles and ziplines for younger adventurers over 1m tall. Treetop Adventure Plus is mid-level with confidence-building challenges. The site sits within Beechenhurst Lodge, a Forestry England property, where there's a cafe about 200 metres from the cabin. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on-site on leads, though they cannot join you on the course. The terrain is uneven with tree roots, but the space is open enough to navigate under the course.
