Diggerland Durham is a theme park where children and adults can ride, drive and operate real diggers and construction machinery. The park includes a 2 storey indoor soft play climbing frame with ball pit and slides suitable for children up to the age of 8 years, plus a Little Tikes area for children up to 5 years old. Outdoor rides and drives include Spindizzy, Mini-Tractors, Groundshuttle, Dig-a-Round, Go-Karts, Dodgems and the Diggerland Skyshuttle, which reaches 50 feet. A sensory room with dimmed lighting, fairy lights and sensory objects is available for visitors who need a quieter space. The park has 200 free on-site parking spaces, disabled parking, baby changing facilities, an indoor eating establishment and outdoor seating areas.
