Irchester Country Park is a 200-acre woodland park in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, set on the site of a former ironstone quarry. The park features a network of woodland trails, an adventure course with zip lines and climbing frames, a children's play area, and the Quarryman's Rest café serving locally sourced produce. A railway museum on site tells the story of the area's ironstone quarrying history. The park is home to varied wildlife including woodpeckers and sparrow hawks, with well-maintained trails for walking, cycling, and orienteering. Free entry and free parking make it an affordable family day out in nature.
