St Andrews Lakes is a lake reserve made from a former quarry in the Kent countryside at Halling. Its headline attraction for families is a shallow inflatable kids' aqua park for children aged 2 to 6, with splash-depth water, small slides, rope features and obstacles, and a larger aqua park on the lake for older children. The official site currently shows both aqua parks as closed until 2027, so check before visiting. Other activities include pedalos, kayaks, paddleboards and bell boats for hire, youth sailing courses, a zip wire, a climbing wall, archery and lakeside beaches. Children's birthday parties and school or group visits are offered, and a cafe and pizzeria operates on site. Parking is free. Most activities are booked online in advance through the venue's own booking system, and the wellness centre is for adults.
