The venue includes a Vertical Drop Slide, Stairway to Heaven, and a Traverse Wall, plus multi-storey soft play areas for younger children. Climbing sessions last around 90 minutes, including a 30-minute safety briefing; climbers use automatic belay devices and harnesses are provided. Toddler Climb & Play sessions are available for children up to 5 years, and standard climbing starts from age 4. Birthday parties, group sessions and specialised SEN and Home Educator climbing are also offered. Everything is indoors, making it available year-round whatever the weather.
Soft play is stay-and-play on term-time weekdays, and about 2 hours at weekends and in school holidays. Regular sessions: Toddler Climb mornings; Calm Climbing (SEND-friendly) on the first Monday of the month; Home Ed Hangouts before 3pm in term time; Climb for 9 pounds on the first Wednesday of the month. Closed-toe shoes required and long hair tied back. Party ratio is one adult spectator per four children.
